🐶✨ Raksha & Pawga Present: A Series of Fun, Paws-itive Events!


We are thrilled to announce that Raksha Animal Welfare Center has partnered with Pawga to bring a heartwarming, joyful set of events designed to bring our community together and give our furry friends the love (and forever homes) they deserve.


What’s Going On


Over the coming months, Pawga will be hosting a variety of activities where you can relax, create, move — all with puppies and kittens by your side! Here’s what to look forward to:


  • Art with Puppies – Paint, draw, color… let your creativity flow while adorable pups gently interact with you. A perfect event whether you’re a seasoned artist or picking up the brush for the first time.

  • Yoga with Puppies – Flow through your poses, find your calm … and get puppy cuddles as you do. There’s nothing quite like downward dog when there are real little pups around!

  • Puppy Social & Adoption Meetups – Meet the animals, spend time with them, see if a special bond forms. Adoption applications will be possible on-site.













Why We’re Doing This


  • Boosting Adoption: Many community animals are waiting for their chance at a loving home. These events help reduce barriers — let people see animals being themselves, warm, playful, trusting.

  • Building Connections: Not just between people & pups — but among neighbors, animal lovers, families. These are moments to share laughter, compassion, and purpose.

  • Wellness for All: Art + yoga + puppy snuggles = mental health boost. It’s therapeutic, calming, joyful. Great for stress relief, for self-care.


Who Can Join

Everyone! Whether you:

  • Have never done yoga,

  • Think you can’t draw,

  • Love animals, or

  • Just want a fun outing —

— there’s a place for you here. Bring friends, family, kids — the more the merrier!
